Saturday 13th  and Sunday 14th March

PWP (Personal Watercraft Partnership) Clubs Event 2010

The Ultimate Clubs Event organised by the PWP at the Kingsbury Jetbike Centre in the Midlands, with 2010 Demo’s from Sea Doo & Yamaha, PWP Village, Evening Hog Roast, Competitions / Prizes. You can take your own ski and ride on the 42 acre lake. 

Please note that this is not a HIPWC organized event.

Solent Shakedown

An opportunity to get your Ski’s out of Winter Storage and out on the water. Destination to be determined on day depending upon weather conditions. ‘Newbies’ to the sport welcome.

4th April (Easter Sunday)

Egg & Ski Race

Not really a race, but a timed trial around 2 local markers with a fresh egg in your ski ‘glove box’.  The fastest one to complete the course with an un-broken egg wins a club T-Shirt.

Dawnbusters 1 (Charity Event in Aid of RNLI - £10.00 entry donation)

A firm part of HIPWC’s calendar and as featured in PWC & Jet-Skier Magazine.  Launch early in the morning and watch the Sunrise on the horizon whilst out at Sea.  Breathtaking! Our destination will be determined nearer the day – depending upon weather conditions but will involve a stop for breakfast somewhere.

Fort Victoria Breakfast & Needles Cruise

A cruise across the Solent past Portsmouth and Cowes to Fort Victoria on the Isle of Wight for breakfast. Continuing after breakfast to the magnificent Needles, stopping on the way back for a fuel stop.

31st May (May Bank Holiday)

Family BBQ Beach & Inflatable’s Day

HIPWC will provide the BBQ and food / soft drinks; you just bring yourself and your family / friends.  A selection of towables / inflatable’s will be available to have some fun out on the water.

& Sunday 20th  June

Summer Solstice (Full Members only, no Day Memberships available for this event)

Beach BBQ, Music, Drinks and Chat from late Saturday evening thro’ to the early hours of Sunday morning when we shall launch our ski’s  and watch the sunrise from the Solent.  Weather permitting; we will then circumnavigate the Isle of Wight, stopping for breakfast and fuel en-route. Bring your own food / drink – we will provide the BBQ.

Cruise Ship Escort

A late afternoon cruise to Southampton Water and the escorting of 3 super-cruise ships out of the docks and into the Solent.

Pub Cruise

A late afternoon cruise to a jetski friendly pub where we will stop for food and drinks.

Saturday 28th August (August Bank Holiday Weekend)

Another chance to enjoy a day on the beach with great company. HIPWC will provide the BBQ and food / soft drinks; you just bring yourself and your family / friends.  A selection of towables / inflatable’s will be available to have some fun out on the water.

Dawnbusters 2

A second chance to launch early in the morning and watch the Sunrise on the horizon whilst out at Sea, continuing, weather permitting, around the Island – stopping for breakfast and refuelling.

1st – 11th October

Ibiza Jetski Holiday

The annual pilgrimage to Ibiza organised by Xtreme Action who will transport your Jetski and arrange all hotels etc. Go for a few days or the whole week! Please note that this is not a HIPWC organized event.

Fort Victoria Breakfast

A late Autumn cruise across the Solent past Portsmouth and Cowes to Fort Victoria on the Isle of Wight for breakfast.

A day away from the salty Solent on a Lake (Nitrojet or Lagoona Park?), complete with BBQ and Picnic.

Sandown Cruise

A cruise across to the sandy beach at Sandown to the Beachcombers Café for a drink and snack. 


All events subject to weather conditions

 
Proof of Insurance must be provided for all Water Based Events

PFD’s / Buoyancy Aids must be worn by everyone on Water Based Events
