Membership
To support the activities of the Club, membership fees are unfortunately a necessary feature of Club membership. The Club has many financial committments such as RYA Affiliation, Club Insurance, Web Hosting and Administration costs(stamps, letters etc). These costs are met from the membership fees. The Club is a non-profit making organisation and all funds are owned by the membership and decisions regarding expenditure are made by the committee or by the membership via members meetings. Without a strong membership the Club will be unable to support itself, so it is vital to support your Club by becoming a member and therefore allowing you to have your say on where the Club should be spending your money.
Please note that only full members will be entitled to receive a discounted Langstone Harbour Jetski Permit ,and this permit can only be issued by the Langstone Harbour Master.
The Langstone Harbour Master will not issue a discounted permit without a valid club membership card and retropective or pro-rata refunds will not be entered into if you have received your membership ID after you have already purchased your Jetski permit.

All memberships will expire at the end of February of the following year. Unfortuantely the club is unable to offer discounted membership for part season applications or if a person decides to leave the club for any reason.
For existing members who are renewing the annual cost of membership will be £25.
New memberships for Stand Up's or Sit Down Personal Watercraft has been unified at a cost of £35 per Ski.
Day memberships for events are available at a cost of £10 per Ski.
Users who have two ski's will need to purchase 2 full memberships if they require 2 discounted Jetski permits.
Families or multiple users of one Ski, will only need to purchase a single full membership, however they will only be eligible for one vote. In this case the Person who is the main named person for insurance purposes should be the applicant.

To become a member in 2009 you will only need to supply the following information:
- 2 Passport sized photo's
- Your Payment (Cheque made out to Hayling Island PWC Club, signed and dated!)
- A Fully completed and signed application form.
Once approved, we will send you a welcome pack containing:
- A Welcome letter
- An introduction to the committee and original members who were instrumental in starting the club (except Renewals)
- Membership ID Card
- HIPWC Sticker for your Jetski
- A receipt for your payment
- A Copy of the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth area map, (subject to stock)issued by the Queens Harbour Master
- A Copy of the Langstone Harbour Jetski permit conditions. (subject to stock)
